Zhao Huasheng (1939-2023) was from Changchun, Jilin Province. In 1964, he graduated from the Chinese Painting Department of the Lu Xun Academy. He now is a member of the Liaoning Painting Academy.

Zhao was specialized in Chinese figurative painting and murals. His works have been included in national collections, and he has received many awards.
