Tian Yuwen (1928) hails from Qingdao, Shandong Province. After his graduation from the Central Art Academy in 1952, he was assigned to the People's Fine Arts Publishing House in Beijing. There, he designed New Year pictures and propaganda prints.
He collaborated with Sheng Cijun and Zhang Ruji.
