Wu Qizhong (1944, Xinhui, Guangdong Province) graduated from the middle school attached to the Guangzhou Art Academy in 1963. Later, he became the art editor of the Guangdong Illustrated (广东画报, Guangdong huabao).

Wu is specialized in oil painting and Chinese painting. He collaborated with Lin Yong.
