'The festival' (节日) is National Day. A combination of traditional elements (lion dance, accompanied by drums and cymbals, women with waistdrums and shawls) and a modern parade celebrating agriculture (on the left) and industry (on the right), stiltwalkers and a Mao portrait in the center.
