Industry and Commerce Laws and Regulations charts, 1994

The State Administration for Industry and Commerce is the functional department of the state in charge of market supervision and administrative law enforcement. Since 1982, the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress has successively promulgated the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China, the Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People's Republic of China, the Consumer Rights and Interests Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Advertising Law of the People's Republic of China, etc., specifying that the industrial and commercial administrative agencies are the main administrative law enforcement agencies.

This series, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce Laws and Regulations charts (工商行政管理法律宣传挂图), consists of 11 posters, illustrating the scope and workings of the Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People's Republic of China (中华人民共和国反不正当竞争法, 1993); the Company Law of the People's Republic of China (中华人民共和国公司法, 1993); the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China (中华人民共和国商标法, originally adopted in 1983, revised in 1992); the Advertising Law of the People's Republic of China (中华人民共和国广告法, 1994); and the Consumer Rights and Interests Protection Law of the People's Republic of China (中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法, 1993). Information about the date of publication of this series is not provided, but given the fact that the Advertising Law is included, it should be 1994 or later.
