The poster explains the workings of the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China (中华人民共和国商标法), adopted and promulgated on 23 August 1983, and revised on 22 February 1992. The poster sets out that national and international flags, emblems, military topics, leaders, socialism cannot be used in images and names. After establishing a trademark, it has to be registered and approved.
