This series consists of 11 posters, illustrating the scope and workings of the Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People's Republic of China (中华人民共和国反不正当竞争法, 1993); the Company Law of the People's Republic of China (中华人民共和国公司法, 1993); the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China (中华人民共和国商标法, originally adopted in 1983, revised in 1992); the Advertising Law of the People's Republic of China (中华人民共和国广告法, 1994); and the Consumer Rights and Interests Protection Law of the People's Republic of China (中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法, 1993).

The poster continues explaining the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China (中华人民共和国商标法). The vertical text at the right reads "The validity period of a registered trademark is ten years from the date of registration" (注册商标的有效期为十年自核注册之日起计算). 

The first horizontal text line reads "Anyone who uses a registered trademark and commits any of the following acts shall be ordered by the Trademark Office to make corrections within a time limit or cancel the registered trademark" (使用注册商标，有下列行为之一的，由商标局责令限期改正或者撒销其注册商标). Such acts include changing documents as a private person, altering the period of registration, etc.

The second horizontal text line reads "Anyone who commits any of the following acts shall infringe upon the exclusive right to use a registered trademark" (有下列行为之一的，均属侵犯注册商标专用权). Such acts include copying trademarks, selling obvious fakes, using others' trademarks, etc.

The text at the bottom reads "Counterfeiting someone else's registered trademark constitutes a crime, the judicial authorities shall investigate the criminal liability of the person directly in charge and other responsible persons in accordance with the law" (假冒他人注册商标构成犯罪的，由司法机关依法追究直接负责的主管人员核其他责任人员的刑事责任).
