Pang Ka (庞卡)

pangkaPang Ka (1935), also known as Pang Baojun (庞抱俊) and Karl Bang, is from Shanghai. He was the son of the famous illustrator Pang Yipeng (庞亦鹏). He studied art with private teachers. He has been mainly active with the Shanghai People's Fine Arts Publishing House.

Pang specialized in New Year pictures. He moved to California in 1984 to paint full-time, creating new styles of acrylic heavy-color paintings.
