Mao zhuxi pishi: Zhaoban. Guanyu zai waidi chuanlian xuesheng he zaijing shangfang renyuan liji fanhui yuan danwei de jinji tongzhi
Students/Red Guards from Beijing having travelling all over the country, and students/Red Guards and petitioners from all over the country travelling to Beijing are instructed to return to their original locations and work units by late September. Similar instructions had already been given early 1967, but apparently these were not heeded.
