The 10th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party was held in the Great Hall of the People, between 24 and 28 August 1973. It was the first CCP Congress following the fall of Lin Biao. During the Congress, Wang Hongwen delivered his debut keynote address. One of the outcomes of the Congress was the rehabilitation of leaders that had been purged in the preceding years, including Deng Xiaoping.
The slogans reads "Long live Chairman Mao" (毛主席万岁) and "Long live the Chinese Communist Party" (中国共产党万岁).
