First of a six-poster series entitled Nongye jixie anquan shengchan guatu (Rural mechanisation and safe production wall charts, 农业机械安全生产挂图), published in the late 1970s by the Beijing Municipal Agricultural Machinery Office. The posters deal with rural mechanisation, rural production, and traffic safety (both in rural and urban areas, and where these two do intersect).

The second slogan reads "Strengthen agricultural machinery management to ensure safe production".
