Titled "Strengthening pre-war preparations is an effective measure to crush the enemy’s biological warfare" (加强战前准备是粉粹敌人生物战的有效措施), the poster shows educational hygiene drives; encouraging healthy lifestyles; preventive inoculation; education; stocking up on cleaning agents and protective gear; and adequate health care.
