A Chinese soldier with an industrial plant and airplanes at his back hovers over Japanese soldiers who are fleeing from the flames. The publisher's name is translated from the name given in Chinese. Its official name was International Peace Council (ICP) / Rassemblement Universel pour la Paix (RUP). Founded in 1935 and based in Paris and Brussels, it campaigned very actively against the Japanese occupation of China around 1938.
