The poster is signed Xin Ke (辛克), a pseudonym of Ding Cong (丁聪).

The publisher's name is translated from the name given on the poster in Chinese. Its official name was International Peace Council (ICP) / Rassemblement Universel pour la Paix (RUP). Founded in 1935 and based in Paris and Brussels, it campaigned very actively against the Japanese occupation of China around 1938.

An English translation of the title is added on the poster in typewriter letters, on the right. This was most probably done around the time of publication.
