The Liaoning-Shenyang Campaign was an important campaign in the Civil War between the Communists and the Nationalists, late 1948. This "Second Liaoning-Shenyang Campaign" is a Cultural Revolution campaign against the "counterrevolutionaries" in Shenyang, the capital of Liaoning Province.
