"Population education hanging charts" (Renkou jiaoyu gua tu, 人口教育挂图), designed by the Jiangsu jiaoyu xueyuan (江苏教育学院) and the Jiangsusheng dianhua jiaoyuguan (江苏省电化教育馆), is a series of 18 sheets. The series comes with an explanatory booklet, and was sold in a plastic bag.

It comprehensively deals with the effects of (over)population, reproduction, and the need to try and curb population growth.

The slogan reads "Population and the Four Modernizations (2)" (人口与四化[二]).

Top, "Employment -- A large number of laborers need to be assigned a work place, and the task is arduous" (就业 -- 大量劳动力需要安排，任务艰巨).

To the right, "Our country has a large population and little arable land" (我国人口多耕地少).

Below, "Life -- Population increased by 66.7% -- Consumption funds increased by 2.9 times -- Personal consumption only increased by 1.3 times" (生活 -- 人口增长66.7% -- 消费基金增长2.9倍 -- 个人消费额只增长1.3倍).
