"Pictorial explanation of the First Five Year Plan (1953-1957) for the development of the national economy of our nation" (我国发展国民经济的第一个五年(1953-1957)计划图解) is a series of 12 posters, ca. 1955, possibly incomplete.

The sixth sheet shows "Farm tools and fertilizers supplied by the factory to farmers within five years" (五年内工厂供给农民的农具和肥料), and below, "Indicators for water conservancy construction within five years" (五年内水利建设的指标), subtitled "In order to ensure increased agricultural production, efforts must be made to carry out water control projects" (为着保证农业增产必须努力地进行治水工程). The dam is in the Huai River.
