Most of the cartoons of a set of 20 posters, published during the anti-Hu Feng movement, cannot be linked to any of the 17 designers mentioned on the opening sheet. This 14th one, however, has been signed by Zhao Wenwei (lower left corner).
The person on the right, eventually brought down by the "Chinese people", is Hu Feng. In the panels on the left, a caricature of Jiang Jieshi (Chiang Kai-shek) with what looks like an American general, spurs on Hu.
