The poster further explains the workings of the Civil Procedure Law of the PRC (中华人民共和国民事诉讼法). It discusses the "General procedure" (普通程序), ranging from registering the complaint, through investigation, etc. to the final verdict in court; and "The structure of the civil litigation procedure in our country" (我国民事诉讼程序的结构).
