Under the banner of "The General Principles of Civil Law are the basic law governing our country's civil activities" (民法通则是调整我国民事活动的基本法律), it illustrates the "Basic principles of civil law" (民法的基本原则); explains "The legal status of citizens in civil activities" (公民在民事活动中的法律地位); legal entities (法人); and "Civil legal acts and agency" (民事法律行为和代理).
