"Destructive earthquake emergency response propaganda charts" (破坏性应急宣传挂图) is a 12-poster series published in 1995. The set is bilingual: Chinese and Arabic.

Titled "Strengthen command and work together" (强化指挥 通力合作), the poster shows the People's Liberation Army, public security (公安), and armed police (武警) forces swinging into action. The subtitle reads "The work teams that entered the earthquake area and the People's Liberation Army, public security, and armed police forces participate in the rescue and disaster relief work under the unified leadership of the earthquake relief headquarters." (进入震区的工作队和人民解放军，公安，武警部队在抗震救灾指挥部的统一领导下，参加抢险救灾工作).
