"Destructive earthquake emergency response propaganda charts" (破坏性应急宣传挂图) is a 12-poster series published in 1995. The set is bilingual: Chinese and Arabic.

Titled "Foreign emergency response arrangements" (涉外应急 对口安排), the poster deals with foreigners who may be in the stricken area. The subtitle reads "After the devastating earthquake, proper arrangements for consulates and embassy personnel in the earthquake area, foreign businessmen, overseas people, and tourists in the earthquake area will be made by the corresponding management departments."
