"Oppose evil sects, happiness and health -- Warning education wall charts" (反对邪教幸福安康 - 警示教育挂图) is a 26-poster set designed to warn against the evils of superstition and of evil sects such as Falun Gong. Showing cartoons of "ordinary people in ordinary situations" being tempted by evil cults, its intended audience is the rural population. Information about the designer(s), publisher, and year of publication is not available. However, internal clues ("spirit of the 16th CCP Party Congress" {2002}; launching of the Shenzhou 5 [2003]; the Chinese national women's volleyball team becoming world champions [2003]) suggest that the set was published in 2003 or later.
The set sets out to show the accomplishments of the nation. In the next section, it attempts to show what evil cults are, providing information about their characteristics and activities. The third section uses anonymized stories about people falling for the cults' ploys. In section four, the harmful effects of the cults are shown, again using anonymized stories. The fifth section shows how the cults violate laws and how cult followers are punished. In the last section, tips are given how to counter the cults' enticements.
